Teravista is located at IH-35 North and University Blvd., just 20 minutes from Downtown Austin. Recently opened, the Texas 130 tollway, located just east of Teravista, is a 49-mile roadway stretching north to Georgetown, and south to U.S. 183 South in southeast Travis County.  This new system provides Teravista residents with quick and easy access to Austin Bergstrom International Airport and much of the Greater Austin region. Texas 130 also connects to Texas SH 45, the new east-west corridor leading to La Frontera, The Domain, Lake Travis and Lakeline Mall.

Teravista residents are the envy of their friends and family when it comes to shopping choice and convenience. Several new retail developments have opned within the mixed-use portion of the Teravista master plan, along I-35 North between University Blvd and Teravista Parkway. 

The newly opened Round Rock Premium Outlet is the premiere upscale outlet mall in Central Texas and neighbors Round Rock 14 Movie Theater.

A 55-acre specialty retail center, University Commons has also opened with new stores like IKEA, JC Penney, Office Max, and more. 

On-site healthcare is also just around the corner, with Scott & White Memorial Hospital. This 250-bed specialty hospital is located at I-35 and University Blvd adjacent to Teravista.

Next door to Texas State University at Round Rock Higher Education Center, Seton Medical Center Williams is now open.
