Sneak a Peek at Ryland’s Anthony Model, Grand Opening in May
Thursday, April 30, 2015
With only about a month to go before the big grand opening spotlighting 3 brand-new model homes in Teravista, here’s a preview of Ryland’s new one-story Anthony model.
Priced from $382,990, the Anthony checks all the boxes for those wanting a very spacious one-story home with lots of flexibility to customize. This four-bedroom plan has 2,947 square feet on the ground floor, with the option of adding an upstairs bonus room with about 500 more square feet.
A gourmet kitchen with an oversized island serving bar is literally at the center of this flowing floor plan. The kitchen/breakfast area is open to the large family room, featuring a cozy corner fireplace. French doors open to a covered patio, which offers an optional extension.
Like most of the living areas, the family room has an airy 12-foot ceiling. The Anthony also includes a study, a formal dining room and 3-car garage.
For another option, the study space can be incorporated into the fourth bedroom to create a spacious in-law suite with a luxurious bath, a huge closet and patio access.
The Anthony represents a collection of Ryland plans priced from $369,990 to $463,990 in the new Teravista neighborhood of Blue Agave.
One of the best things about Blue Agave is its location next to Teravista Lake Park, a new park opening this summer with a scenic lake and facilities for tennis, sand volleyball and pickleball.
The location of the Anthony model is also primo. It’s located across the street from the Teravista Model Home Village, surrounded by The Club at Wildflower Park and George Washington Carver Elementary, a new Georgetown ISD school opening in August.
The May 30 grand opening at Teravista will also showcase new model homes by Village Builders and Chesmar Homes.
