With “25 Grand Slam,” home shoppers can win prizes totaling $25,000

In early September, there’ll be a big party at Dell Diamond with drawings for five prizes totaling $25,000 – and odds likely to be much better than playing the lottery. There’s only one way to enter: taking part in the 25 Grand Slam promotion in the Austin area communities of Falcon Pointe, Rancho Sienna, Sweetwater and Teravista.

 

To enter 25 Grand Slam promotion, home shoppers simply take photos of themselves in one of these communities and submit them, along with a brief statement on why they’d love to live there, at www.NewlandAustin.com/25grand. “We created this promotion partly to better understand what shoppers want in new home communities,” said Vaike O’Grady, Marketing Director for Newland Communities in Austin. “Hopefully home shoppers will take advantage of this added incentive to visit and share their thoughts and inspirational photos. With 36 models and over 150 homes available for quick move-in—and prices ranging from the $200,000s to the $800,000s--it’s a great time to check out the opportunities in all four communities. ”

 

25 Grand Slam begins July 10 and continues through August 23. A total of five prizes will be awarded: one grand prize of $10,000, two $5,000 prizes, and two $2,500 prizes.

 

The prize-drawing event will be held on September 5 at 6:00 p.m. at the Dell Diamond in Round Rock, TX.
