A Place To Enjoy “Everything”: Teravista’s Newest Park Opening This Month
Friday, June 5, 2015
Opening this month, Fountain Grass Park won’t be the largest park in Teravista, but this pocket park will be packed with opportunities to relax, play and socialize with neighbors.
Fountain Grass Park is located on Summer Azure Street, within the Fountain Grass neighborhood, offering new homes priced from the mid $200,000s by Lennar.
This friendly cul-de-sac park will include lounge chairs under shade structures where residents can sit, relax and enjoy a beautiful kinetic wind sculpture created by artist Lyman Whitaker, whose work is found in parks and other natural settings around the world.
The park also has an open lawn area for pitching and catching, plus play panels where the littlest ones can play.
Fountain Grass Park also includes new trees, shrubs and flowers selected to provide food and habitat for insects and birds. So along with watching the kids play, neighbors can also enjoy seeing butterflies and feathered friends.
Like all amenities in Teravista, Fountain Grass Park is open for the enjoyment of all Teravista residents.
Also opening this summer will be Teravista Lake Park. It will be home to Teravista’s largest lake, along with courts for tennis, volleyball and pickleball. It will also include a wind sculpture and trails through meadows of wildflowers.
These new parks will join completed Teravista amenities that include The Club at Wildflower Park, The Residents Club, The Retreat at Teravista, the award-winning Teravista Golf Club, and more.
