Gourmet lunch or food truck fun? Celebrate your way at Teravista Grand Opening
Friday, May 15, 2015
Teravista’s big Grand Opening event on the weekend of May 30-31 will introduce three brand-new model homes by Ryland Homes, Village Builders and Chesmar Homes, and all Teravista builders will be celebrating with special incentives.
Teravista is also offering a sneak peek at some terrific new amenities – Teravista Lake Park and George Washington Carver Elementary School.
Now – how you celebrate all this excitement is up to you!
There is limited availability for a special gourmet three-course progressive lunch in the new model homes on Saturday, May 30, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The food is by popular Wildfire Restaurant, with wine by Grape Creek Vineyards. But you must RSVP to attend!
If hopping from food truck to food truck is more your style, come on out on Saturday or Sunday, May 30-31, from 2-5 p.m. The food trucks will be parked in the Teravista Model Home Village, showcasing 10 fully furnished model homes.
Whether you choose the gourmet lunch or food truck fun – both are free!
Here’s a preview of new models:
Ryland’s Anthony model is a spacious one-story design with about 3,400 square feet when you include the optional upstairs bonus room, which is displayed in Teravista. A huge covered patio and 3-car garage round out this great plan.
Chesmar’s Gibson model is a 1.5-story design with an open family gathering area opening to a big covered patio. Three bedrooms and a study are down, with a gameroom and fourth bedroom up.
The four-bedroom Castille by Village Builders has soaring two-story ceilings in the family room and foyer. Other highlights include a study with a beamed ceiling, a 3-car garage, a covered patio and a gameroom.
Making the grand opening even more fun, the Model Home Village is right across the street from The Club at Wildfower Park, where you can get a glimpse of Teravista’s fun active lifestyle.
More amenities are coming soon:
Teravista Lake Park will offer a tennis court, a sand volleyball court and a pickleball court. It will also have trails meandering through meadows of wildflowers, and a kinetic wind-powered sculpture on the edge of new Lake Teravista. Grand opening visitors can see the progress of this awesome new amenity, opening this summer.
George Washington Carver Elementary School is nearly complete right across from the Teravista Model Home Village. Opening in August, it’s part of the highly regarded Georgetown Independent School District. Teravista is also served by the highly respected Round Rock Independent School District. A new private preschool, The Learning Experience, is also opening in Teravista this year.
