Tuesday, November 24, 2015
Perry Homes, one of the largest and most respected homebuilders in Texas, has joined the Teravista team, offering new homes priced from $279,900.
For a limited time, early buyers can take advantage of holiday and pre-construction incentives from Perry. They can also enjoy priority selection of homesites in the new Scenic Lake Village neighborhood, located next to a future 24-acre park and offering homesites with views of natural open space.
Perry has opened a pre-grand opening sales center in the Teravista Model Home Village, with plans to unveil its new model home in early 2016. For information, please contact Perry sales consultant Danny Warshauer at 512-568-1511.

Perry will offer a limited collection of 37 homes in Scenic Lake Village, at prices from $279,900 to $355,900, with one- and two-story plans ranging from approximately 1,650 to 2,950 square feet.

Through Dec. 31, buyers can also take advantage of Perry’s holiday promotion, allowing them to choose one of three gifts, including up to $3,500 in closing costs, a $3,500 VISA gift card, or a $5,000 GE appliance package. Perry has additional pre-construction incentives available for a limited time – contact Danny for details.
Perry’s future model home, Plan 2420, is a one-story home with four bedrooms and a library, plus an extended foyer with a 12-foot ceiling. The family room, kitchen and dining area combine to create a large family gathering area. A three-car garage is included, and a covered patio measuring 22 feet wide and 10 feet deep is optional.
Scenic Lake Village takes its name from Scenic Lake Drive, which extends north of Westinghouse Road and meanders past the new George Washington Carver Elementary School, the Club at Wildflower Park and other amenities before reaching the neighborhood.

Scenic Lake Village is surrounded by natural open areas on several sides, creating a limited number of view homesites that border green space and have no neighbors to the back. The typical homesite is 52 feet wide, with a limited number of cul-de-sac and oversized homesites available.
The 24-acre park next to the neighborhood is being developed by Newland Communities in partnership with the City of Georgetown. Planned to open in early 2017, it will include a unique water park with the fun and whimsical “Teravista Tarantula” water feature that kids can play under. Other highlights include a fitness trail, a “Dinosaur Dig” play area, a contemplation garden and a wildflower meadow. The parking lot will include a rain garden, adding natural beauty and filtering rainwater before it flows off.
Scenic Lake Village is also near Teravista Lake Park, the community’s newest recreational amenity, featuring a sparking lake, a trail, a wind sculpture and a pickleball court.
Teravista Lake Park includes a pickleball court, tennis courts, sand volleyball, & seating overlooking the beautiful Lake Teravista.
This neighborhood is located in Georgetown ISD, which opened its new Carver Elementary School in Teravista in August. After voter approval of the GISD bond package in November, the district plans to open a new $27 million middle school near Teravista in August 2017.
