Sample Taste of Teravista, New Models on May 7
Monday, April 18, 2016
Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for ages 5-20, and free for kids under 5. Proceeds from the event benefit the Texas Baptist Children’s Home in Round Rock. “Taste of Teravista is Mother’s Day weekend, and it’s a great way to treat mom to samples from the many restaurants located near Teravista,” said Vaike O’Grady, marketing director for Newland Communities in Austin. “What’s more, the single moms and kids who reside at Texas Baptist Children’s Home will benefit as well.” Tickets can be purchased via www.teravista.eventbrite.com.
Now through April 26, home shoppers can get two free Adult VIP passes by visiting any of 11 Teravista model homes.
“Even before the event, home shoppers can beat the crowds and enjoy a first look at fresh new model homes, closeout opportunities, and more than 50 new homes available for quick move-in,” said O’Grady.
Located in Georgetown, at I-35 North and Westinghouse Road, the newest area of Teravista features new homes priced from the low $200,000s. The newest sections of Teravista are served by the Georgetown ISD, including the brand-new onsite George Washington Carver Elementary School and East View High School. A new middle school will serve Teravista beginning in 2017.
The newest model homes at Teravista opening this spring include new designs by Centerra, Chesmar, Lennar, Perry, and Wes Peoples Homes. Existing model homes in Georgetown include builders CalAtlantic (formerly Ryland), D.R. Horton, and MileStone Community Builders.
In Round Rock, select homesites for estate homes remain within Fairway Estates by custom homebuilder Partners in Building. Prices start in the $500,000s.
Teravista’s newest model homes are located across the street from Teravista Lake Park, showcasing one of the community’s newest and largest parks. Residents also enjoy The Club at Wildflower Park and the Teravista Residents Club, two community centers with swimming pools, fitness centers, gathering rooms, playscapes, and more.
