“Nature meets modern” in new Chesmar model home at Teravista
Wednesday, December 7, 2016
Now open in Teravista, Chesmar’s Gibson model inspires visitors with a “nature meets modern” décor that combines warm neutrals with colorful pops of greens and peacock blues.
As a 1-½ -story home, the Gibson combines the efficiency and togetherness of a one-story plan with the extra space of a two-story plan. Most of the living space and three bedrooms are on the main floor, with a fourth bedroom suite and a spacious gameroom upstairs.
The Gibson is a very thoughtfully designed home, with the study located at the rear, next to the family room and kitchen. This allows someone working at home to enjoy a view of the back yard while also keeping an eye on activity in the main living area. To create a more quiet working area, just shut the French doors.
Another pair of French doors opens from the family room to the covered patio, which provides a spacious outdoor living area. The kitchen includes a walk-in pantry and a large curved island for serving and food prep.
The downstairs master suite has a luxurious master bath, and all four bedrooms have walk-in closets.
The Gibson begins with a touch of drama, with a soaring two-story ceiling and plant ledges in the foyer.
This model showcases Chesmar homes priced from the low $300,000s on 57-foot-wide homesites in Teravista.
