Centerra Homes and Chesmar Homes are now selling new designs with Craftsman-inspired architecture in Pearl Crescent, one of the newest neighborhoods in Teravista. Prices range from the $230,000s to $310,000s, and both builders have homes available for spring move-in.
Pearl Crescent offers a great location, just across the street from Teravista Lake Park, and also near a new City of Georgetown Park opening next year.
Chesmar offers eight designs in Pearl Crescent, with one- and two-story plans ranging from 1,535 to 2,442 square feet. Popular 1.5-story plans are also offered, such as the 2,449-square-foot Julia, featuring a large gameroom and a full bedroom suite upstairs.

Many of Chesmar's plans include flex spaces that can be built as extra bedrooms, or perhaps as a study with French doors. All plans offer open family gathering areas combined with gourmet kitchens, and many include covered patios. Most bedrooms have walk-in closets, with oversized (and sometimes double) walk-in closets offered in master suites, along with luxurious master baths.
Centerra's homes in Pearl Crescent range from just over 1,500 square feet to just over 1,700 square feet. These open-concept designs include three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two-car garages. New designs are also in the works.

Centerra's plans include upscale features such as granite countertops, tile floors, ceramic tile backsplash, Energy Star appliances and quality cabinetry with crown molding. Master bathrooms offer a spa-like feeling, with oversized garden bathtubs and separate showers, blended with brushed nickel fixtures and cultured marble vanities.
Both Centerra and Chesmar have created new Craftsman-style exteriors with friendly front porches, combining classic Hill Country materials such as stone and brick. This architecture blends beautifully with the parks, trails and other amenities near Pearl Crescent.
Right across the street, Teravista Lake Park offers many activities along the shores of the community's largest lake. There are courts for tennis, volleyball and pickleball, along with trails, a wind-powered sculpture, and shaded pavilions where residents can sit and enjoy looking at fields of wildflowers.

Just down the street, Teravista and the City of Georgetown are working to open a major new park in early 2017. It will include a splash park with a giant "Terantula" water feature, a dog park, a fitness trail and much more.
Pearl Crescent is also located near Carver Elementary, a new Georgetown ISD school in Teravista, and additional recreational amenities including The Club at Wildflower Park.
