One of six new models recently opened in Teravista, the one-story Indigo model by Wes Peoples Homes showcases many new ideas for scaling down and enjoying a carefree lifestyle surrounded by recreational opportunities. Prices range from the mid $200,000s to $300,000s.
The Indigo has a “super” master suite that includes a flex room, plus a master bathroom as big as the main bedroom area. “The Indigo is designed as a retreat from the busy world, and the master suite is a special haven within this retreat,” said Laura Harrington, Wes Peoples sales consultant in Teravista. “The only way to enter the flex room is through the luxurious master bath, which makes it a very private getaway. The room is displayed as a study in our model, but it can also be used as an exercise room, a yoga or meditation studio, a media room or sitting room. The possibilities are endless.”
The Indigo also includes a multi-gen room with a private entrance off the foyer. Ideal for family members or guests, this suite includes a bedroom, a kitchenette, a full bath and walk-in closet. Other options available for this flexible plan include adding a study, a playroom or an extra multi-gen room.
The Indigo has 12-foot ceilings throughout, and the open family room and kitchen area overlooks a spacious covered patio. The kitchen has a large island measuring 10 feet long by five feet wide, topped with Silestone to match the rest of the countertops.
Wes Peoples Homes, which include front-yard maintenance, are offered in the neighborhoods of Sage Creek and Waterleaf. These neighborhoods are nestled between two of the largest and most popular recreational amenities in Teravista, Wildflower Park and Teravista Lake Park.
The Club at Wildflower Park features a resort-style swimming pool and a clubhouse with an indoor fitness center. Fitness classes and other activities are offered year-round at the clubhouse.
Teravista Lake Park has the community’s largest lake, along with courts for pickleball, tennis and volleyball.
Both parks have meadows of wildflowers and trails connecting to the overall Teravista trail system, which extends for miles.
Other Teravista amenities include the award-winning Teravista Golf Club, which includes an 18-hole championship daily fee course, the popular Caldwell Café, and the historic Ranch House for special events.
