Seven Teravista builders ranked on BUILDER 100 and NEXT 100 lists

In another sign of the rock-solid strength of Teravista’s leading homebuilders, seven are ranked among the nation’s largest homebuilders by BUILDER magazine.
D.R. Horton won the No. 1 spot on the BUILDER 100 list, which ranked builders by nationwide closings. D.R. Horton had 41,652 closings on the 2017 list.
Lennar Corp., the parent company of Teravista builders Lennar and Village Builders, nabbed the No. 2 spot, with 26,563 closings.
CalAtlantic ranked No. 5, with 14,229 closings.
Perry Homes came in at No. 28, with 1,826 closings. Notably, Perry ranked No. 10 among privately held homebuilders.
Two other privately held Teravista builders also made the BUILDER 100 list. Chesmar landed at No. 42, with 1,136 closings. Westin Homes ranked No. 77, with 596 closings.
Centerra Homes earned a spot on the NEXT 100 list, which ranked up-and-coming builders. Centerra was 83rd on that list, with 178 closings.
