The Teravista™ community has the best places to build lasting connections with family and friends alike. It’s a superior life with something for every one of your moods: your active side keeps busy at the pools or with friends, while your easy side is happy relaxing at home or playing a round of golf. Enjoy even more options at the new Wildflower Park, featuring a second fitness center, our third pool complex, gathering room, pavilion and more. It’s a lifestyle you’ve earned; enjoy it!
Celebrating 15 years as one of Austin's best-selling communities.
Home of the third pool complex and second 24-hour fitness center in Teravista, the Club at Wildflower Park opened in 2013. Surrounded by a walking trail that meanders along native wildflowers, open play fields and Wildflower Pond with amphitheater-style seating and relaxation dock. Indoor and outdoor gathering spaces and a water-saving cistern to hydrate the native landscaping complete the picture.
If your idea of a successful life is a round of golf every day, this amazing 7,200-yard daily fee 18-hole championship golf course makes the dream possible. After your round, enjoy lunch at the Caldwell Cafe in the Teravista Golf Club. Preferred rates for residents!
Also enjoy an event at the historic Ranch House, the original family homestead that has been recognized by the Texas Historical Commission.
In spring 2017, the final park amenity will debut at Teravista. Newland is constructing Rabbit Hill Park for the City of Georgetown, and it will feature three activity nodes: Teravista’s first splash pad, a trail head and natural gathering place to connect to the over 10 miles of trails and pathways in the community, and an Explorer’s Park with a climbing net and a dinosaur dig.
Perfect for gathering with friends and family in a warm, inviting environment. The Club features a resort-style pool, 24-hour fitness center, playscape, tennis and basketball—all contributing to the active lifestyle Teravista residents enjoy. The Retreat is an outdoor sanctuary that encourages residents to get away from grown up pressures of life.
Residents can enjoy tennis and sand volleyball as well as the first pickleball court in Teravista. A paved trail surrounds the community's largest lake, Lake Teravista, which is stocked for catch and release fishing. Ample trails weave through the meadows of wildflowers with nearby shaded seating areas and a wind-driven kinetic sculpture.
Not many communities have an onsite HOA manager; Teravista's Community Association office is open six days a week to ensure the community looks its best. The onsite team also plans a myriad of events and activities for all ages and interests. Learn more at www.teravistatogether.com.
From preschool to college, students have a wealth of learning opportunities. The Georgetown and Round Rock Independent School Districts are recognized for their academic and extracurricular programs. The second elementary school inside the community opened in 2015.
One of the best things about Teravista is the variety and number of places to eat, shop, learn, stay healthy and have fun.
Teravista benefits from a variety of nearby dining, shopping and entertainment options, many within biking or walking distance. Take in the live music and local wines of historic downtown Georgetown. Or enjoy the unique restaurants, shops and watering holes of downtown Round Rock. And then a spree at the Premium Outlets or IKEA—with groceries from HEB—located just next door.
World class healthcare is literally across the street. The exceptional Scott & White Hospital and Seton Medical Center Williamson are located right next to Teravista, providing excellent and exceptional medical care (as well as hundreds of jobs). Their presence is prompting the construction of additional related facilities nearby, including Bel Air at Teravista, which offers transitional, short-term care and Franklin Park, a senior living community opening in 2017.
Georgetown's 175 year-old Southwestern University was not only the first institution of higher learning in Texas, it also was lauded by Forbes in 2016 as the #1 undergraduate liberal arts college in Texas. In Round Rock, the Texas A&M University Health Science Center is transforming health through innovative research, education and service in dentistry, medicine, nursing, pharmacy, public health and medical sciences. And thousands of students of all ages enjoy the perks of Austin Community College, just across the street.
Round Rock bills itself as The Sports Capital of Texas, and no wonder given all the leagues, clubs and parks in which you and your family can get active. Old Settler's Park provides 645 acres for disc golf, cricket, baseball, softball and soccer. Up the street is the Dell Diamond, home to the Round Rock Express AAA baseball team. Just down the road is Cedar Park Center, home to the Texas Stars hockey team and the Austin Spurs NBA development team.
Playgrounds and parks are scattered throughout Teravista, encouraging a healthy, fun and relaxing outdoor lifestyle. Meyer Park, one of the largest, features a huge kids playscape and lots of room to throw a football or fly a kite. There are several ponds dotting the community for catch and release fishing. It's all connected by miles of trails and pathways winding throughout Teravista.
Dubbed “the live musical capital of the world,” Austin boasts over 250 venues, so you can get down and rock out any day of the week.
