So many choices, so little time

Whether you are a foodie or a fashionista, there are endless shopping and dining opportunities around Teravista. The shopping ranges from high fashion to funky treasure hunting. And the cities of Georgetown and Round Rock are home to some iconic Texas treats. Wine bars and watering holes galore mean the possibilities for great date nights are endless.

As home to the Round Rock Premium Outlet Malls at I-35 North and University Blvd., Teravista put major-league shopping on the map in the area. Other nearby retail centers offer everything from a Cinemark movie theatre to all kinds of stores, services and dining options. Austin's only IKEA store is also located nearby.

The Downtown Square is typically the heart and soul of any community, and the same can be said for Georgetown. Theatre, music, and history; casual and upscale dining; retail shops, antique stores, and galleries – the choices for day and evening entertainment are endless. And the businesses and residents downtown take every opportunity to enjoy the eclectic atmosphere and welcoming community vibe.  Several days each month you’ll find an open-air market, festival, performance, or social event taking place on the Square.  The city's collection of distinctive public art continues to grow and enliven spaces other cities maintain as utilitarian. Georgetown values health and fitness and considers the many downtown wellness studios, spas, and community-driven fitness groups to be an integral part of its cultural identity. No matter what you like to do in your free time, you’ll love it more on the Square.

Whether you’re running errands or shopping for a family feast, our nearby grocery stores offer a delicious variety close to home. Find a wide range of food, personal items, home goods, and pantry and kitchen essentials at our nearby supermarket HEB, and discover a world of fresh produce at Wolf Ranch Town Center, featuring a farmers market and a variety of shops.

Since 1926, people from all over the world have been stopping by to give this famous yellow (or are they orange?) donuts a try. Round Rock Donuts, made from the original owner's recipe, are created with as much care and finesse as they were years ago. The yeast-risen donut originates from a bread-like dough; its distinct yellow color (from fresh eggs) immediately sets it off from any other donut. Unlike baking powder donuts, this yeast donut cannot be machine-made; it must be hand-rolled, cut, fried and iced. On busy days, now as in the past, the bakery turns out 200 dozen of these popular originals.
